Product Information

Available during July. (Third party breeder). The Scarlet Tiger is a highly attractive and vibrantly coloured Tiger Moth that is found chiefly in the Southern counties of the UK. The hairy black and yellow caterpillars attain maturity in April and May after overwintering on a variety of foodplants such as Bramble, Nettle, and Sallow. The striking, scarlet and black moth takes to the wing in June.
